Vista Industrial Products prides itself on the high level of quality manufacturing we provide to our customers. Quality is the focus from the first engineering reviews right on through customer delivery. Our quality system is continually changing and improving to better serve our customers. To effectively maintain the highest quality we use the following techniques: Cause & Corrective Action system which monitors both internal & external discrepancies (Subcontractors included). SPC as required throughout the manufacturing process. Calibration system for company & personally owned tooling. First Article inspections, and a very aggressive management & inspection work force. Our ever expanding inspection department has all of the latest inspection equipment. Some of those items include a Starrett CMM with an envelope of 40x28x24 with the latest in Cad interfacing software and for those larger items we have an inspection grade surface plate 96x60x16.
